Eco Challenge
This month’s Eco Act is to encourage people to tune into our online Eco Festival. It will be running throughout July to encourage our community to build back better for our environment, especially as we have experienced fresher air, heard amazing bird songs and seen more people looking out for each other during this unusual time. Look on Facebook, or on the St John’s YouTube channel where we will be running virtual question and answer sessions on Hope and Nature; Food Waste; Low Carbon and Zero Waste. These will be hosted by members of St John’s and our community including Be Creative, Egham Museum, Local Councillors and local businesses. We also want you to create messages/drawings of hope for our planet, our environment, our community and for each other on scrap pieces of wood using house paint or a permanent marker. We will use this to create a Trail of Hope. You can leave these messages in St John’s churchyard where they will be collected and stored before display. Look out for the signs showing you where.
